Data Umbrella is a fiscally sponsored project of Open Collective, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in California, USA. We have limited funding, are volunteer-driven, and we are not able to providing funding for educational scholarships or travel.
As we are a non-profit organization with limited resources, we are over-extended and under-resourced. We have provided some resources to guide you.
